Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 9, 2012: APL card holders will get grain subsidy through financial institutions, said Primary Reverend Oommen Chandy. This plan will come into impact from Jan 1 forward.
If information are given before Goal 31, 2013, they are eligible for the subsidy from Jan 1. If information are given after Goal, card holders will get subsidy only from that time frame forward, said Chandy at a media fulfill. The stability of customers should be zero.
These actions are taken to create clear community submission program. The govt will create sure that subsidy grain will arrive at the well deserved. Chandy said grain for Rs 2 is an extra responsibility for the state
